With this plan, the education and outreach components we suggest are grounded in historical data and current equity initiatives at your institution. The stand-alone description framed within the specific context of your project will place equity at the center of your education and outreach efforts. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 8 business days.

This plan extends the Core Equity-Focused Education & Outreach plan by grounding the education and outreach elements in national data about enrollment, degree completion, or employment trends in your field. We also help you integrate the equity-oriented education and outreach components at multiple points throughout the full project narrative. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 12 business days.

This plan provides a multi-stage review of your project narrative to identify non-inclusive language. Our report to you will include suggested edits to make the language of the narrative more inclusive. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 2 business days.

This plan provides a multi-stage review of your project narrative to identify equity concerns in the framing of the research activities and any education and outreach components. Our report to you will include an analysis organized by proposal section with an explanation of the source of each concern. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 4 business days.

This plan extends the equity and asset-framing review to include recommendations and revisions in response to each concern noted. We will work with you through three rounds of revisions to ensure that your project is grounded in best practices for equity and inclusive excellence. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 10 business days.

This option provides an evaluation plan and recommended total budget amount without committing you to using STEAM Education Research Group, LLC for the evaluation itself once your project is funded. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 3 business days.

This option provides an evaluation plan, timeline, budget, and budget justification without committing you to using STEAM Education Research Group for the evaluation itself once your project is funded. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 6 business days.

As with the Comprehensive Stand-Alone Evaluation Plan, this option provides an evaluation plan, timeline, budget, and budget justification. In this plan, however, there is no up-front cost for our work and you commit to using STEAM Education Research Group  for the evaluation itself if your project is funded.  Our usual turnaround time or this service is 8 business days. We accept a limited number of these requests. 

We can work with you to write a complete proposal from your ideas, including budget development and narrative, data management plan, and other supporting documents. We restrict our services to one proposal per funding opportunity to avoid any conflict of interest. Our usual turnaround time for this service is 6-8 weeks.
